Victor tells Audra that Adam has declared war. She says he will get a war. Adam warns Audra that she has made a mistake underestimating him.

Jack is Betrayed by Ashley
Jack thought things were better between him and Ashley and then he gets the press release announcing the launch of her new health and beauty company with Tucker. He can’t believe it until he makes a call and finds out that it’s real. Jack knows this is bad news for Jabot and doesn’t understand why his sister is doing this and also trying to take over Jabot. Diane blames herself but Jack tells her that it’s not her fault. Jack knows who to blame, Tucker, and he lets him know it when he runs into him later.
Jack Wants Kyle’s Resignation
Jack calls Kyle in to his office and tells him that he needs to resign from Marchetti because it is all that Summer has. Kyle isn’t happy about it but knows it is the best thing for everyone. He feels like he is standing on his own with no allies and he is feeling a lot of resentment. With Bill being CEO of Jabot, Kyle feels there is no place for him there either. Is Jack trying to get Kyle to take Summer back by using his job at Marchetti as an incentive?
