Phyllis arrives at her meeting with Carson and is not happy to see Tucker there with him. Tucker offers her a deal. Carson will help her clear her name and she will distract Diane while he and Ashley put their plan into action. Phyllis agrees and turns herself in to Christine and Chance while Tucker looks on.

Jack Makes a Move Against Ashley
Jack calls a meeting with Billy and Traci and tries to get them on his side against Ashely. Neither of them is convinced that Ashley will actually leave Jabot and tell him they want to sit tight and see what happens, but Jack has other ideas. He wants their support to remove Ashley from the board immediately.
