The Young and the Restless alum, Lexie Stevenson (Mattie Ashby) has joined the cast of an upcoming comedy film called Katie’s Mom written by Tyrrell Schaffner and Meryl Branch-McTiernan. Other cast members include; Dina Meyer, Aaron Dominguez, Julia Tolchin, Colin Bates, Jason Wiles, Jade Ramirez, Clara York and Shannon Dee. This is the directorial debut of Shaffner. According to Deadline, the film is about a divorcée, played by Meyer, whose holiday celebration with her adult children derails when she falls for her daughter’s charming new boyfriend.
