This Is Us alum, Justin Hartley (Kevin Pearson) will star in the new Christmas flick, The Noel Diary which premieres on Netflix on November 24.

In this new movie, when best-selling author Jacob Turner (played by Justin Hartley) returns home at Christmas to settle his estranged mother’s estate, he discovers a diary that may hold secrets to his own past and that of Rachel (Barrett Doss) – a beautiful young woman on a mysterious journey of her own. Together, they embark on an adventure to confront their pasts and discover a future that’s totally unexpected. It is based on the book The Noel Diary by Richard Paul Evans.

The Noel Diary is written by Charles Shyer, Rebecca Connor and David Golden and directed by Shyer. It is produced by Timothy O. Johnson, Stephanie Slack and Margret H. Huddleston. Hartley, Norman Stephens and Andrew Gernhard are executive producers. The cast will also include; James Remar and Essence Atkins.

Hartley also played Fox Crane on Passions and Adam Newman on The Young and the Restless.
