Grammy-winning actor and singer, Rick Springfield, who played Noah Drake on General Hospital, has joined the cast of Gonzo Girl, the feature film that is the directorial debut of Oscar-winning actress, Patricia Arquette.
Gonzo Girl is based on the novel of the same name, and it follows a struggling young writer who takes a job working as an assistant to a novelist with a wild reputation.
The movie is set in 1992 and is currently filming in Utah. It stars Camila Morrone (Death Wish, Never Goin’ Back), William Dafoe (Platoon, At Eternity’s Gate), and Patricia Arquette (Boyhood, True Romance). Details about Springfield’s character are being kept under wraps.
