Whitley Is Confronted by Abe
Abe remembers Chanel telling him that Juneteenth is his anniversary. He questions Whitley about it, and she makes up details about their wedding while also revealing to Abe that he has children. He has flashes of his wedding, but his bride doesn’t look like Whitley, so he accuses her of not being his wife. She tries to tell him that his memory is just confused but he wants to see pictures from their wedding to confirm she is who she claims to be. Whitley tells him their wedding album was lost but produces a picture from the newspaper that she has doctored. This appeases Abe for the moment, and he feels so badly for accusing her that he agrees to renew their vows.
Dimitri Pops the Question
After their night together, Dimitri declares his love and asks Gwen to marry him. Gwen is taken aback by the rush, but Dimitri insists that he knows how he feels and what he wants. He knows she has had a recent heartbreak but promises he will never hurt her. She is saved from giving an answer by Leo’s untimely arrival.
Leo is not happy to find Gwen and Dimitri in bed together and makes no secret of it. Dimitri knows Leo is a complication but feels good about how things are going as he heads home to report to his mother that he’s made great strides in his plan to marry Gwen.

6/19/23
Eli, Olivia, and Theo all arrive in Salem to commemorate Juneteenth and Abe and Paulina’s anniversary. Chad helps Theo prepare to give his dad’s speech. Eli reunites with Doug and Julie. Chanel finds Talia committing a kind gesture. Abe remembers that it’s his anniversary and Whitley plays along.
6/20/23
Abe confronts Whitley about the memory he had from his wedding day. Chanel, Julie, Eli, and Theo continue to comfort Paulina. Julie and Gabi’s old animosity resurfaces. Leo confronts Megan about her and Dimitri using Gwen. Dimitri declares his love for Gwen.
6/21/23
Steve and Kayla reflect on how lucky they are to be reunited. Alex and Brady celebrate closing a deal when Maggie arrives, furious. Stephanie and Chad decide to take a big step in their relationship. Xander recounts a strange encounter with Bonnie to Chloe.
6/22/23
Sarah is shocked to learn Bonnie told Justin her secret. Xander attempts to catch up with Justin. Belle and Brady catch up on recent events. Chad and Stephanie are stunned when Maggie offers him a job.
6/23/23
Eli arrives to offer his help on Abe’s case. Belle and Talia meet with Melinda to make a plea for leniency. Chanel speaks with Paulina about the abuse Talia suffered. Whitley surprises Abe by telling him that his son is in town.
