Days of Our Lives is taking the sands in their hourglass somewhere else. After almost 57 years on NBC, the only remaining daytime sudser is moving to streaming, as it moves from NBC to Peacock. Yesterday, the internet was buzzing with the news of the move and the fact that in order to watch new episodes of the daytime drama beginning September 12, fans will have to $5 per month on Peacock. Luckily though, new episodes will not be all that’s available. Wall Street Journal reports, “In addition to the new episodes of Days of Our Lives, Peacock subscribers will have access to the lengthy library of past episodes. In 2020, the soap opera surpassed 14,000 episodes.

Days airs its last episode on NBC on September 9 before officially moving to Peacock on September 12.
