Courtney Hope has reassured fans that she is not leaving The Young and the Restless, after they began to worry that her character, Sally Spectra, was being written out of the show. With the current storyline, fans started to wonder if Sally’s character was coming to an end on the CBS daytime drama. However, Hope put fans’ fears to rest when one of her Instagram followers expressed their sadness about her possible departure from the show. Hope replied to the comment by confirming that she will be staying on the show and that she was not going anywhere. “I’m not leaving. I’m not going anywhere,” she said.

Hope joined the CBS daytime soap world on The Bold and the Beautiful in January 2017 as Sally Spectra, the grandniece of the original character played by Darlene Conley. After being let go from the show in August 2020, she made her last appearance on August 5th of that year. But in October 2020, it was announced that she would be joining the main cast of The Young and the Restless and reprising her role as Sally Spectra. Her first appearance on the show was on November 3rd, 2020.
